How we help you before booking
When you contact Desconecta2Viajes, we help you choose the shared tour that best fits your dates and the days you have. We also answer your questions about the camp, the pick-up and the payment.
To reply faster, tell us which city you are leaving from (Marrakech or Fes), how many people are travelling and which dates you have in mind. If you have already chosen a tour, let us know which one.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you reply? On WhatsApp we usually answer within a few hours. Email may take a little longer.
How do I book? Choose the date, the number of people and the camp on the tour page. You pay nothing online; afterwards you confirm your place with a 50 € deposit via PayPal, and the rest is paid later.
Which tours do you run? Shared departures from Marrakech of 3 to 6 days, 2 and 3-day tours from Fes and routes between Marrakech and Fes via the desert. You can compare them all on our shared desert tours in Morocco page.
